4. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

All prices listed on the Site are in the currency shown at checkout.

4.1 International Duties & Taxes

These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.

4.2 Currency Conversion

We are not responsible for currency exchange differences or fees charged by banks, credit card issuers, or payment platforms.

Key Conditions

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
  • Once a package is handed to the courier, Aida & Felic is not liable for delays, customs hold, or transit issues.
  • Parcels marked as “Delivered” by the courier are considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or mis-delivery after this point.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Please refer to our full Politique de retour et d'échange for detailed terms.

Summary of Key Conditions:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective.
  • Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Defective items do not need to be returned; photo/video proof is required.
  • Natural variations in pearls and gemstones are not considered defects.
  • We offer a 2-year limited warranty on craftsmanship.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, water/chemical exposure, tarnishing, or loss.
  • Sale and discounted items are final sale.

Aida & Felic reserves the right to request a return of an item if misuse or intentional damage is suspected.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site – including text, logos, images, graphics, product designs, videos, and branding – is the exclusive property of Aida & Felic
and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Aida & Felic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or purchase of our products.
  • Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
  • We are not responsible for losses caused by courier delays, customs holds, mis-delivery, theft, or force majeure events (weather, natural disasters, political events, etc.).

These Terms, along with our Politique d'expédition et de livraison, Politique de retour et d'échange, and Politique de confidentialité, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aida & Felic.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles.
