To preserve its brilliance and longevity, a little care goes a long way. Follow these simple guidelines to ensure your jewellery remains as radiant as the day you received it.

Daily Care

Jewellery is best worn after you’ve completed your beauty routine.
Avoid direct contact with shower, perfumes, lotions, hairsprays, and cosmetics, as these may dull the shine or damage finishes over time.

Tip: Gently wipe your jewellery with a soft, lint-free cloth provided after each wear to remove any natural oils or residue.

Storage

To prevent oxidation, store each piece of jewellery separately in its original Aida & Felic jewellery sealing bag. This is an essential part of caring for your jewellery. Once sealed, you can place the bag inside a pouch or box to protect against scratches and tangling.

Keep your jewellery away from humidity and extreme temperatures—ideally in a cool, dry place. When travelling, use soft-lined compartments or travel pouches or boxes to keep your pieces safe during transit.

Cleaning

For general cleaning, use our soft, lint-free cloth gently wipe your jewellery.
Avoid ultrasonic cleaners, harsh chemicals, or polishing agents, especially on plated or gemstone pieces. Never soak them in water.

Special Care for Gold Vermeil & S925 Sliver & Gemstone Jewellery：

• Gold Vermeil Pieces & S925 Sliver: To maintain their glow, avoid excessive friction and exposure to moisture. Remove before exercising, bathing, or sleeping.
• Gemstone Pieces: Treat gemstones as precious — avoid impact or pressure that could chip or loosen the setting.

Professional Care

We recommend a professional inspection or gentle re-polish every 12–18 months to keep your jewellery in pristine condition.
